Beefy Baked
Beans
3/4 pound ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can baked beans in tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can Great Northern beans, undrained
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs. molasses
1/2 cup catsup
4 slices bacon, cooked and drained
Cook ground beef until browned, stirring to crumble; drain.
Combine ground beef and next 10 ingredients. Spoon mixture into
a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Top with bacon
strips, and bake an additional 5 minutes.
