Broccoli Casserole

2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
30 Ritz crackers, crumbled

Cook broccoli, then drain. Melt cream cheese in broccoli broth.
In another pot, melt butter then stir in cracker crumbs and set aside.
Pour cream cheese over broccoli. Top with cracker crumb mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
