Chocolate Éclair

2 small pkgs. French Vanilla Instant Pudding
3 cups cold milk
1- 8 oz. Cool Whip
1 box Graham Crackers
2 - 1 oz. pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate
6 Tbs. Oleo or butter
3 Tbs. milk
1 1/2 cups Confectioner's sugar
Combine 2 pudding with 3 cups of cold milk. Stir in Cool Whip
and set aside.
Line bottom of 13" x 9" dish with a layer of Graham
Crackers. Pour pudding mixture on top of graham crackers. Layer
Graham Crackers on top of pudding.
Melt chocolate, butter, and 3 Tbs. of milk in a pan. Add
Confectioner's sugar and stir. Pour over Graham Crackers and
spread to cover. Refrigerate over night.
