Chocolate Kahlua
Cake
1 box chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 - 6 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup Kahlua liqueur
1/2 cup water
Glaze:
6 tablespoons Kahlua liqueur
1 cup Confectioner's sugar, sifted
Combine cake mix, oil, pudding mix, eggs, Kahlua, and water
in mixing bowl and blend well. Pour into greased and lightly
floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cake is done when it springs back lightly when touched.
Make glaze. Combine remaining Kahlua and confectioner
sugar. While cake is still warm in pan, poke holes in cake, pour
liqueur mixture over cake. Allow cake to cool in pan at least
two hours before removing.
Half a cup of chopped nuts can be added to the bundt pan after
it is greased and floured.
