Clam Chowder
1 stick butter
1 cup onions chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1/2 cup flour
4 cups clam juice
2 1/2 oz. salt pork
2 clam bouillon cubes
diced clams
2 cups potatoes diced
Half & Half
Sauté onions and celery in butter. Thicken with flour. Stir
in clam juice until thicken. Add salt pork, bouillon cubes,
clams, and potatoes and simmer until done. Last, pour in Half
& Half.
