Coconut Beer
Battered Shrimp
28 large peeled and deveined shrimp
2 cups shredded and unsweetened coconut
Beer batter
Orange Horseradish Sauce
Dredge shrimp in beer batter, shake off and press in coconut.
Fry in 350 degree oil for 1 minutes or until golden brown. Drain
on paper and serve with Orange Horseradish Sauce.
Beer Batter
2 cups golden dip batter
1 cup cold beer
Add beer to batter until consistency of pancake batter.
Orange Horseradish Sauce
3/4 cup orange marmalade
2 1/2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
2 1/2 Tbs. horseradish, drained
Mix well. Dip fried shrimp into sauce.
