Cornbread
1 cup flour (self rising)
1 cup corn meal
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream corn
2 Tablespoons butter
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased
iron skillet. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Broil on high
just long enough to brown entire top.
