Crab Puppies
1 cup flour (self rising)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 egg
1 chopped onion
3/4 cup milk
1 pound fresh picked crab meat
Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into hot oil. Flip as
each puppy turns brown. When golden brown, remove from hot oil
and drain. Serve hot.
