Fancy Fish

fish filets
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbs. water
dash Tabasco
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbs. butter
bread crumbs

Marinate fish in eggs, water, and Tabasco.
Sauté onion and butter. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of onions.
Lay fish on top of bread crumbs and continue cooking for 3 or 4 minutes. Turn fish over and put remaining egg marinate sauce on top of fish for 3 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and cover for 1 more minute as it sautés.
Can use chopped green onions or cheese on top.
