Fruit Cobbler
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
Melt 1 stick of butter in baking pan. Pour flour batter over
melted butter. Sweeten fruit to taste then pour fruit over top
of batter. Bake about 1 hour at 300 degrees.
For peaches, add almond extract.
For blueberries, add lemon extract.
For pears or apples, add cinnamon or apple spices and precook.
