Hot Buttered Rum
The Batter:
1/4 lb. butter
1 lb. dark brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Blend in a mixer. Can be stored in refrigerator during
the entire winter season.
The Drink:
1 heaping Tbs. of batter
1 1/2 oz. of rum
1 cup boiling water
Place batter, rum, and boiling water in a mug. Stir and
serve.
