Joan's Lemon Dessert
1 stick of butter
1 cup flour
1 cup powered sugar
2 pkgs. Instant lemon pudding |
1/2 cup nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
9 oz. cool whip
3 cups milk |
Crust Layer: Mix butter, 1/2 cup nuts,
and flour. Bake at 350 degrees
for 30 minutes. Then let cool completely before
layering.
1st Layer: Beat cream cheese, powered
sugar, and 1/2 of cool whip.
Spread on crust.
2nd Layer: Beat instant lemon pudding
and milk and then spread.
3rd Layer: Spread remaining cool whip
and top with nuts.
