Macaroni and Cheese
 

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
2-1/2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 stick butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
 

Boil the macaroni and then drain.  Using the same pot, add cheese to macaroni and stir until melted. Next, add the eggs, sour cream, soup, butter, salt, milk, mustard, and pepper.  Stir well.  Pour mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle top with a little more grated cheese.  Bake at 350º for 40 minutes until brown and bubbly.  Serves 12.
