Marinated Carrots

2 packages carrots
1 small green pepper sliced into rings
1 medium onion thinly sliced
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup salad oil
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper

Peel, slice and boil carrots, onion, and green pepper in salted water until tender. Drain well. Mix tomato sauce, oil, sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Pour over boiled carrots. Store in a covered jar in refrigerator. Will keep up to two weeks.
