Marzetti
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic chopped fine
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
2 lb. Elbow macaroni
Salt to taste
Parmesan Cheese
Sauté beef, onions, peppers, and celery until
tender. Drain beef. Add sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
Boil macaroni until half done. Drain. Add sauce and put in
baking pan. Cover with graded parmesan cheese.
Bake in oven until golden brown.
