Mississippi Mud
Cake
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup Crisco oil
1 1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa
3 tsp. vanilla
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 jar marshmallow cream
Cream sugar, oil, eggs; beat well. Add flour,
cocoa, vanilla and nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until done. Cook
completely.
Spread cake with 1 jar marshmallow cream.
Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 stick butter, softened
1 Tbs. vanilla
1/2 cup canned milk
1 cup nuts, chopped
Sift sugar and cocoa together. Mix in butter,
vanilla, and milk. Spread over cake. Garnish with nuts.
