Oreo Ice Cream
6 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 Tbs. water
8 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups coarsely crushed Oreo Cookies
4 cups (2 pints) whipping cream, whipped
Freezer Method:
Blend egg yolks, milk, water and vanilla. Fold in cookies and
whipped cream. Pour into a 4 quart container. Cover and freeze 6
hours.
Ice Cream Churn Method:
Do not whip whipping cream. Blend egg yolks, milk, water,
vanilla, and whipping cream. Pour into an ice cream and churn
about 30 minutes. Fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
