Pecan Pie
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup cream
3/4 cup dark corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup pecans, chopped
Cream butter, add sugar gradually. Add cream
together with eggs until light and fluffy. Add remaining
ingredients and stir well. Pour into a pie shell and bake in a
moderate oven of 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
