Rubin Meatloaf
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cups bread crumbs
2 Tbs. ketchup
1 egg
3/4 tsp. salt
Pat 1/3 of this mixture into baking dish.
1 cup sauerkraut
1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
1/4 lb. chopped pastrami
1/4 cup sour cream
1 Tbs. mustard
Pat 1/2 of this mixture on top of ground beef
mixture. Make three layers of ground beef mixture separated by
two layers of sauerkraut mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
