Salmon Ball
1 (15-1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and
flaked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 Tbs. grated onion
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 Tbs. horseradish - prepared
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Mix first 7 ingredients well, then chill. Shape
into a ball, then roll in parsley.
Will freeze well ahead of time. Then thaw and serve with
assorted crackers. Can garnish with lemon slices if desired.
