Cabbage
Cabbage - cut up
2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
bread crumbs
Boil cabbage 10 minutes and drain.
Make sauce out of butter, flour, milk, salt, and pepper.
Put cabbage in baking dish and pour on sauce. Sprinkle with
bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
Can use for green beans, broccoli, zucchini, or potatoes.
