Shrimp Salad
2 lbs. shrimp
1 small potato cooked and diced
1 small raw bell pepper diced
1 medium raw onion diced
2 raw stalks celery diced
1 large dill pickle diced
3 hard boiled eggs diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Clean shrimp first, then boil in salt water for
4 minutes.
Dice shrimp, potato, bell pepper, onion, celery, dill pickle,
and eggs. Mix with mayonnaise and mustard. Chill and serve.
