Southern Dressing

Make corn bread from hush puppy recipe.
Boil 1 chicken and turkey giblets then debone. Save broth.
Boil and chop several eggs.
Sauté onions, peppers and celery (mushrooms).
Crumble corn bread and soak in chicken broth. Mix in about 3 Tbs. of poultry seasoning to taste, chicken, part of giblets, eggs, onion, peppers, celery and yellow food coloring.
Pour mixture in pan and bake until done but not dried out. 300 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Make gravy as usual but add remaining giblets, eggs and yellow food coloring.
