Spring Garden
Dressing
1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 cup green onions, diced
1/4 cup radishes, diced
1/4 cup green pepper, diced
1/4 cup cucumber, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Stir well. Stir in the remaining ingredients and chill.
Serve over salad greens or use as a dip with raw vegetables.
Yield: 2 cups. 16 calories per tablespoon.
