Squash Pie or
Pudding
1 cup cooked squash
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs
1 Tbs. flour
In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend
well. Fill a deep pie shell and bake at 350 degrees until golden
brown.
Omit the pie shell and pour into a baking dish for a squash
pudding. Bake as usual.
