Stir-N-Roll Pastry

Single Crust:    

1 1/3 cups flour 
1 tsp. salt 
1/3 cup Wesson Oil 
3 Tbs. cold whole milk 

Double Crust:

2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup Wesson Oil
1/4 cup cold whole milk

Mix flour and salt. Pour oil and milk into same measuring cup. Do not stir. Add all at once to flour. Stir until mixed.
Press into smooth ball and flatten slightly. Roll out between 2 pieces of wax paper. Mend tears without moistening. Place paper side up in 8 or 9 inch pie pan. Peel off paper. Pinch edges.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 475 degrees.
