Stuffed Chicken
Breast
5 chicken breast boned
1 pkg. flavored cream cheese
1 egg
salt to taste
1 cup bread crumbs
6 Tbs. butter & oil mixture
Lift chicken skin and tuck in 1/2" slice of
cream cheese. Fold skin over and fasten with toothpick.
In a small bowl, mix egg, salt and bread crumbs. Coat chicken
with beaten egg, salt and bread crumbs.
Using the butter and oil mixture, sauté chicken 1 minute on
each side.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Good flavored cheeses to use are Danish garlic & herb; dill;
garden vegetable; toasted onion; etc.
