Stuffed Fish
6 oz. crab meat or sea legs
1/2 cup Ritz crackers crushed
2 Tbs. melted butter
1/4 tsp. each of salt and pepper
Mix and spread on fish filets like jelly rolls.
Place in buttered baking dish and bake until done.
Can pour a white sauce over top of fish or sprinkle left over
crab mixture on top.
A mustard dill sauce can be spooned over top of fish.
