Sweet Potato Pie
Mix together well and beat:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar and beat until fluffy
Spread into 2 graham cracker pie crust. Bake at
350 degrees for 20 minutes.
2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 cup milk
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup whipped topping
While pies are cooling, stir together pudding
mix and milk until thick. Add sweet potatoes and cinnamon. Fold
in whipped topping. Spread on pies and put in refrigerator.
