Vidalia Onion
Casserole
7 - 10 onions, peeled and sliced
3/4 stick of butter
Salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese
1 package Town House Crackers (crushed)
1/8 to 1/4 cup of milk
1. Sauté onions in butter until onions are
limp.
2. Salt and pepper onions.
3. Pour onions in to glass baking dish.
4. Sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese.
5. Cover onions with cracker crumbs. (Ritz Crackers)
6. Sprinkle cracker crumbs with milk.
7. Bake at 325 degrees for about 35 minutes until brown.
