Zucchini and Ham
Pie
1 med. onion thinly sliced
3 sm. zucchini thinly sliced (3 or 4 cups)
1 clove of garlic
2 cups slivered ham
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. dill weed
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 Tbs. margarine
Bake two pie shells first.
Sauté onions, zucchini, and garlic in oil for about five min.
Remove from heat. Add ham, Swiss cheese, sour cream, dill weed,
salt and pepper. Mix well. Spoon into baked pie shells. Melt
margarine. Add parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over
the pies.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
