Datil Pepper Hot
Sauce
5 garlic cloves
1 pint datil pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 pint vinegar
1 gal. catsup
1 lb. brown sugar
In blender, blend first 5 ingredients. Add catsup and brown
sugar. Stir until dissolved. Bottle.
